Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic), lemon juice, and Dijon mustard (if using). Stir until smooth and well-combined.
- Adjust seasoning: Taste the aioli and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Add more sriracha for extra heat, or more garlic powder for a stronger garlic flavor. Season with salt and pepper to enhance the taste.
- Serve: Transfer the aioli to a dipping bowl and serve immediately with your favorite dishes such as buffalo cauliflower wings, fries, or roasted vegetables. Alternatively, refrigerate for up to a week to let the flavors meld and use as a spread or sauce.
